Chim is the feeling of the
Mind that has lost its way
In the ways of tao
That is part of the natural world
Seek your teacher
And ask to learn the method
Seek not enlightenment
Coz there is none
For those who seek
Only those who practice
With the passing of time
And diligent practice
Will suddenly find tao
Like a flash of lighting
Across the autumn sky
That illuminates the darkness
Then the “eye” will open and see
And “chim” will no longer exists
Note
*chim = complicated
The Yin & Yang of Learning August 1, 2006

From my delusion
I thought I saw
A road map for learning taiji
So that never will I have
To figure out what it means
Otherwise what does “learning” mean
If I have to figure out
When I dunno anything in the first place
Ah but therein lies the paradox
Of the yin yang of learning
Learn but don’t get taught
Taught but don’t practice
As the Tao says
That which can be expressed is not the Tao
But you can follow the taiji road map
And when you get there
What’s yin yang you are asked
Your answer is to smile

Here be the Tao of Mind
For those who know
What they seek
For so long
The door is now open
It may close again
Only the Dharma knows
Where destiny leads us
Come or go
Today we know not
For the moment to be
Lies in the present
